REGISTRATION FOR LKG (Academic Year 2018-2019)
NO FEE will be charged for ONLINE LKG REGISTRATION by the SCHOOL.
Instructions and Procedure for online submission of Registration Form
  1. A GIRL child born between 01-01-2014 and 31-12-2014 is eligible for LKG admission for the academic year 2018-19. If your child is not within the age limit specified, she will NOT be considered for admission.
  3. Lucky Draw will decide the admission of the Child, which will be held on 24th February 2018, at 9.00 am in the School Campus.
  4. It is mandatory for the registration to be done online through the school website between January 15, 2018 (starts at 11:30 am) and January 19, 2018 (ends at 6:00 pm).
  5. The online registration form must be filled as per instructions given on the website. No alteration will be permitted in the registration form once the same has been submitted. Hence you are strongly advised, if you so desire, the necessary rectifications like addition / deletion of the name / surname / parent's name(s) is done legally from the Issuing Authority before submitting the online Registration Form.
  6. Incorrect information / improper Municipal Birth Certificate and Proof of Identity will NOT be considered for lucky draw.
  7. If the names and surnames given in the online registration form do not match with the birth certificate of the child, the registration will be considered incomplete and will NOT be considered for Lucky Draw. No changes will be entertained thereafter in the school records.No spelling differences will be entertained.
  8. Parents are requested to enter Unique Samagra Family and child Samagra Member ID. Kindly note if Samagra details doesn't match with the registration details, the form will not be considered for Lucky Draw.
  9. It is mandatory for the Parents to enter their Aadhaar Card Numbers.
  10. Originals of all the documents must be produced at the time of admission, to permit verification. In case, on verification, any document is found to be fabricated, forged or tampered with, the management reserves the right to cancel the admission.
  11. Only ONE application form per child is to be submitted. In the event of it being discovered that more than one application has been submitted for a child, all such forms will stand rejected and the candidate shall be disqualified and not to be considered for the Draw of Lots.
  12. Acknowledgement Page with unique registration number will be generated, immediately on submission of form. Kindly take a print of the same on A4 size (Portrait) paper and retain it till the child's admission. No Duplicate Acknowledgement Page will be issued by the school. Please ensure that the Acknowledgement Page is retained and produced whenever you come to the school regarding all future dealings pertaining to admissions. The page needs to be signed by both the parents.
  13. Contact numbers / E-mail IDs given must be permanent, valid and working. In the eventuality that the school is unable to reach you at the number(s) given, the school will not be held responsible for the consequences.
  14. In case of any problem while filling the registration form, please send an email to, giving full particulars and nature of the problem.
Please note: The school does not take responsibility for providing transport facilities for the children. Parents are responsible for the same.

Instructions for uploading the images :
Upload the scanned images of the photograph / documents in jpg/jpeg format only. POLAROID and COMPUTER generated photographs are not acceptable. Applications with unclear images are liable to be rejected.

To compress the images you can use Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

  • Child's Passport Size Photograph : Scanned image of the recent coloured passport size photograph of the child must not be more than 50KB.(The photograph of the child must be taken on or after 01.01.2018 that is the recent photo of the child.Improper uploaded images will be rejected).
  • Besides child's photograph, parents are required to Upload the scanned Image of the Original Documents of the following:
    • Child's Municipal Birth Certificate :Size must be less than 500KB. Birth Certificate without name or handwritten name / corrections without Municipality Seal will be rejected. If scanned image of the photocopy of the Birth Certificate is uploaded , the application will be rejected.( Hospital report, affidavits or similar legal documents will not be entertained. Kindly note, there will be no relaxation whatsoever in age criterion.)
      Please note : Original Birth Certificate is issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other authorized competent Authority. For municipal areas, Municipal Committee / Municipal Corporation is the competent authority to issue certifices while as for other areas, it is issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths.
    • Proof of Identity of Mother / Father (any one): Size of Proof of Identity (i.e. Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card) must be less than 500KB.
